### Problem
I am using PA Set Explorer version 1.1 on Windows 10.
The **Open Set** button does not work. When I click it, nothing happens and the Windows file selection window does not open.
I tested the button in several ways:
* Normal mouse click: no response.
* Tab + Enter: no response.
* Tab + Space: the button briefly highlights but does not execute.
* Double-click: no response.
* Running `PA Set.exe` as Administrator: no change.
* Drag & Drop of a valid Korg `.SET` folder onto the program is rejected (🚫).
The Windows file picker itself works normally. For example, **Notepad → File → Open** opens the file selection window correctly.
I also tested a valid Korg `.SET` folder. It has the normal structure:
`GLOBAL, MULTISMP, PAD, PCM, PERFORM, SONGBOOK, SOUND, STYLE`
I also installed/reinstalled version 1.1, but the problem remains exactly the same.
The **Stop** button also does not execute; it only briefly highlights.
Could you please advise how to fix this issue or let me know if this is a known bug?
Thank you.
