After a long and much-needed break to recharge my batteries, I am thrilled to announce that the development of PA SET Explorer is officially 100% active again. During this time, Iβve been mapping out the future of the software, and whatβs coming next is going to completely change how you manage your keyboards.
I am currently working on a massive update. Not only does it include tons of bug fixes that will greatly improve overall stability, but it also introduces the biggest and most powerful feature to date: the brand-new "Set Manager" section.
πΉ Introducing the New "Set Manager"
This section is designed to mirror the exact experience of your Korg synthesizer, but with the comfort, speed, and screen real estate of your computer. Say goodbye to tedious, slow menusβyou now have total control.
Here is a sneak peek at the core features currently in development:
Native Layout: View your Sounds, Styles, and Performances organized exactly as they appear on your Korg screen.
Total File Management: Easily delete, rename, swap slots, and use classic copy-and-paste functions instantly.
Dual-Set Importing (Set A β Set B): You can load a second SET (Set B) as a source and seamlessly copy or transfer elements directly into your main SET (Set A). Creating your ultimate custom sets has never been this easy!
Memory & Version Control: A dedicated tracker to monitor your sampler memory and file limits so you never exceed your hardware's capacity.
Advanced PCM Management: Built-in tools for compressing and decompressing PCM Sounds.
Version Converters: Utilities to convert and adapt data between different models and versions across the PA lineup.
...and many more surprises that Iβll be revealing soon!
πΈ A Quick Sneak Peek
I know a picture is worth a thousand words, so here are a few exclusive screenshots showing the progress of the new interface and tools:

Building these features takes time to ensure everything works flawlessly without risking your valuable keyboard data, but I promise the wait will be entirely worth it.
Thank you all for your patience, your trust, and your continuous support for the project. Stay tuned to the website for upcoming release dates!
